  1. Why is my site down?

    Checks response, certificate, disk, error log and WordPress. The assistant explains the cause, most severe first, and proposes the panel fix.

    Ask how to do something or what an error means, in English or Italian. It answers with the steps and takes you to the right page. It sees only what you can access.

  3. Threats explained

    For every file flagged by the scan, "Explain" tells you what the code does, how dangerous it is and what to do now.

  4. DNS and mail

    Nameservers, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC as seen from the Internet: why mail lands in spam and which record to add, in one click.

  5. WordPress updates, assessed

    Before updating it flags known incompatibilities, for example between Elementor and its add-ons. Then it updates with a backup and rolls back if the site breaks.

  6. Daily summary

    Every morning for the server administrator: what happened, what needs attention, in a few lines.

Every account in its own LimeCapsule.

A compromised site stays locked in its capsule. The other accounts never notice. Included in every plan, no extra licenses.

LimePanel was written from scratch in Go in 2026. The choices that matter live in the architecture, not in a settings page: every account lives in its own LimeCapsule.

  • The panel never runs anything as root

    Privileged work goes through a separate agent with a closed catalog of typed operations. There is no arbitrary shell.

  • Every change is verified and reversible

    Configuration generated, validated, applied, checked. If a service does not answer, the previous version comes back.

  • Signed updates, never improvised

    Immutable releases signed with Ed25519, database backup before every update and automatic rollback.

  • Chained audit log

    Every action of admins, resellers and customers is recorded with before and after, in a verifiable hash chain.

We email you 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry. If the license expires without renewal, the panel stops the server's services but deletes nothing: files, databases, mail, DNS zones and backups stay where they are. Renew and everything restarts by itself.

Are NGINX and Varnish available yet?

Not yet: they are in development. NGINX with PHP-FPM per account, ModSecurity and OWASP CRS, the per-site Varnish cache and the AI cache analysis will arrive with a panel update and will be included in every plan. Today LimePanel runs on OpenLiteSpeed or LiteSpeed.

What does the AI assistant do with my data?

It receives only the technical data of the request, after the panel strips passwords, keys, emails and personal data. No text is stored on the server, the model never acts on its own, and the assistant can be turned off per server, reseller or customer.

What is LimeCapsule?

It is LimePanel's account isolation: every account lives in its own capsule, with filesystem, processes, PHP, cron and shell separated from the others and CPU, memory and process limits. Included, no extra licenses.

How does the free trial work?

Sign up with your email and company details, confirm the address and the customer area gives you the key and the install command. 15 days with every feature and unlimited accounts, no card.

Can I install it without a license?

No. The installer asks for a valid key, trial or paid, before installing anything. Every server is always identified and updated from the official channel.

Can I migrate my accounts from cPanel?

Yes. The Transfer Tool imports accounts, sites, databases and mail from a cPanel server. Try it on a test account first.

Does it work with WHMCS?

Yes, the module is included: create, suspend, change package and one-click customer login.

What happens when the license expires?

There is no grace period: at expiry the panel stops all services on the server, websites and mail included. Your data stays on the server and, as soon as you renew, services restart by themselves.

Can I move the license to another server?

Yes, the license is bound to the server IP and you move it from the customer area, up to 3 times every 30 days.
