Licensing questions
We email you 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry. If the license expires without renewal, the panel stops the server's services but deletes nothing: files, databases, mail, DNS zones and backups stay where they are. Renew and everything restarts by itself.
How licensing worksIs the license tied to the server?
Yes, to the server's public IP address. If you change server or IP, move it from the customer area, up to 3 times every 30 days.
What happens at expiry?
We warn you 7, 3 and 1 day before. At expiry, without renewal, the panel stops all services on the server: websites, mail, databases, FTP, DNS and cron. No data is deleted and services restart by themselves when you renew.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time: you only pay the difference for the remaining period.
How do I cancel?
From the customer area. The license stays valid until the end of the month already paid.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, Digital Dept issues an Italian e-invoice for every payment. EU business customers with a VAT number are invoiced with reverse charge.
